Hello Everyone! I hope that 2017 is off to a great start for everyone! Now that everyone is well settled into the New Year, I thought I’d let you know what’s been going on here at The Simple Investor. Following our last release we’ve been a little quiet, and here’s why…
First, we are MOVING! After 8 years here in our beautiful century home in downtown Streetsville, we have outgrown our space and are eagerly looking forward to our new international Head Office. The renovations will be complete in a couple of months and we can’t wait for everyone to be a part of it. Our growing team will have plenty of room to expand, and with the introduction of our own training centre right on the premises, our new home will be a perfect fit for our future. We will miss our Streetsville home; it is a true testament to the power and longevity of real estate if there ever was one.
On the investing front, our new investment program that allows you to use RRSP’s, TFSA’s as well as cash to invest with us is in full swing. Watch for upcoming emails that will introduce the program and our latest opportunities. To get on our mailing list, click here.

As you may have noticed by now, our properties sell quickly now once we release them so it’s a good idea to start thinking ahead. 2017 is going to be the largest release year we have ever offered and we couldn’t be more excited to help everyone develop their portfolios.
