Welcome back to Simply Real Estate w/ Todd C. Slater. This week is a bit of a short one. Of course, we’ve been hearing a lot about interest rates and we want to cover that today before moving on to a quick announcement.
Interest rates may be coming down even further! So, with a potential global recession on the forefront this might be better for people that are trying to buy Investment Real Estate or for buying a home.
Now as you could tell at the beginning of the video, Todd has been out throughout Southern Ontario for the last little while looking for our next release, and of course, we’re pretty excited about our last one. Congratulations, to everyone who was able to join!
So, what we’re going to continue to do every single week is keep you up to date on what’s going on in the marketplace but we’re also going to talk about where we’re going next so just so you know going down the 401 going west we’ve got another development that’s going to be coming up soon.
We’re just going to leave that as your teaser this week because we don’t want to tell you too much about what’s going on but you can look for something new over the next 30 to 60 days, let’s say. So, make sure you tune in here.
